The process includes:

Warm-Up: The session begins with a radio frequency phase to gently warm the muscles, preparing them for electromagnetic stimulation. The muscle is warmed up by several degrees and is similar to warming up right before a workout.

Electromagnetic Stimulation: Following the warm-up, EMS impulses are carried out in waves starting at a low intensity and low frequency, allowing the muscles to adjust to the stimulation and gradually increasing the intensity to a level that feels manageable.

Cool-Down: The treatment is concluded with another radio frequency phase to gently warm the muscles to help them relax.
